When thinking about my "why," it brought me to some sad but real truths. After losing both of my parents, some of my best memories live inside of payless shoe boxes as Kodak photo prints from the 90's.

One of my favorite songs by Cody Johnson says "If you're gonna love somebody, hold 'em as long and as strong and as close as you can, 'til you can't" and those words replay in my mind during even the hardest of parenting days.

It's not just taking pictures for me. It's capturing your legacy & real moments.
